ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
On Friday, April 9, 2010, we will be having our annual Panda Jamboree. The Jamboree includes a Silent Auction, a spaghetti dinner and entertainment. The PTA counts on the silent auction to be the most lucrative fundraising event. The PTA provides money for field trips, cultural arts assemblies, classroom supplies and other educational materials to enhance our children’s education. However, in order to make this event a success, we need the help of our school community.
We are in need of items for our silent auction. Do you have a gift that you would like to regift? Donate it to the PTA for the silent auction. Donations could include such things as gift baskets, books, gift certificates for items or services, electronic equipment, artwork, jewelry, tickets to professional sporting events or shows. The possibilities are endless. Please remember that all donations are tax deductible.
If you would like to make a donation, please print out the donation form and return with your donation as well as any information/brochures/menus about your donation that you would like to share. Donated items can be mailed or delivered to the school. Arrangements can be made to pick up donations, if you prefer. We would like to have all donations in our hands by March 28, 2010.
